sunflowers, at the end of the world

the future months begin to tremble under the weight of my daydreams.

things aren’t so great right now. but it’s okay, i think. i’m doing all i can. and when i’m finished, when balance decides to nest beside me once more, i promise i won’t be too sad when everybody forgets to smile in response. i want to please all of you. but i’m not here to force happiness on anyone. i’m just here to prevent disappointment.
